Terms of Service

Summary (not a substitute for the full terms): Mine & Forge is a free offline mini game. Play fair, don't abuse the software, and remember that in-game items have no real-world value.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the game Mine & Forge (the "Game"), developed and published by teamntx ("we", "us"). By installing, launching, or playing the Game — including by tapping "Accept & Play" on the start screen — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own private, non-commercial entertainment.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to consent to these Terms under the laws of your country (or have permission from a parent or legal guardian). If a guardian accepts on a minor's behalf, the guardian is responsible for the minor's use of the Game.

4. Virtual Items and Progress

Ores, coins, equipment, buildings, and all other in-game content are virtual items with no real-world monetary value.
Virtual items cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for real money or goods.
Game progress may be stored only on your device. We are not responsible for loss of progress caused by reinstalling, updating, clearing app data, or changing devices.
We may rebalance, modify, or remove in-game content at any time as part of updates to the Game.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except where permitted by law;
use cheats, exploits, automation tools, or unauthorized third-party software that alters gameplay;
redistribute, rent, sell, or sublicense the Game or its assets;
use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The Game, including its code, artwork, names, and design, is owned by teamntx or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Some artwork is derived from public-domain (CC0) asset packs. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Game.

7. Updates and Availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the Game (in whole or in part) at any time without notice or liability. Updates may be required to continue playing.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, teamntx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Game. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game (the Game is free, so this amount is zero) or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. We may terminate your license at any time if you breach these Terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the Game. Sections 6, 8, 9, and 12 survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page, with the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to play the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
