Privacy Policy — Gear Clash

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game Gear Clash (package com.DoubleStudio.GearClash, "the Game", "we", "us") handles information. By installing or playing the Game you agree to this policy.

1. Information the Game itself collects

The Game does not require an account, sign-in, or any personal information. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, or location. Your game progress (levels cleared, gold, upgrades, custom settings) is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to us.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

To serve and measure ads, Google and its partners may collect and process certain data, which can include:

• Device and advertising identifiers (e.g. Android Advertising ID);
• Device information (model, operating system, language, network state);
• Approximate, non-precise location derived from IP address;
• Ad interaction data (ads shown, clicks, rewards granted).

This processing is carried out by Google under its own policies. Please review Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads).

3. Children

The Game is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads are requested as non-personalized where required by law.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. The only third party that receives data through the Game is Google (for advertising), as described above.

5. Security & retention

Because game data stays on your device, you can remove it at any time by using "Delete save data" in the Game's settings or by uninstalling the Game.

6. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
